About Amanda A.
Hi! I am a dedicated English and Literacy educator for over four years within the classroom. I hold an A.S in Literature in English along with a B.A in English Language and Literature with Education.I would describe myself as an exuberant person which transcends into any learning environment. I have had hands-on experience with learners of all ages from different walks of life and varying learning abilities which has allowed me to hone in on skills to create an inclusive and positive learning environment. I believe that every student has the potential to succeed and it is my aim to provide them with the tools that
they need for their overall growth.
About My Lessons
My focus with each student is to facilitate their learning by creating lessons that take advantage of the student’s strengths and propel the weaker areas. I encourage students to lean into their learning curiosities as this creates a love of learning and a student centered classroom.
